Welcome to BiteCycle. By using our mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use BiteCycle.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using BiteCycle, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these terms. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

2. Account Registration

You may register using email/password or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post, including photos, reviews, ratings, and messages ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant BiteCycle a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app and related services.

You agree not to post content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others
• Spam, advertising, or solicitation
• False or misleading

4. Circles and Privacy

BiteCycle allows you to share content within private circles. Content shared in a circle is visible to all members of that circle. You are responsible for the invite codes you share and the members you invite.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the service
• Impersonate another person or entity

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

BiteCycle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted content, including halal certifications, ratings, or restaurant information. Always verify dietary and allergen information directly with restaurants.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BiteCycle and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
